I have been here many times… almost always by boat.
Guys is on the Lancaster canal and a great place to stop and have lunch all year round.
It has character with the wooden beams, cobbled street and thatched roofs, but I would like to a see just a bit more attention to detail.
The cleaning of the place, inside and out… not bad, just the attention to detail.
As for the food, never really had a bad meal here. Enormous portions, plenty of flavour and great value to boot!
No real complaints and always a favourite for first time visitors.
