Biddulph Grange Garden, Staffordshire – The quirkiest garden I have ever visited

We often travel up and down the M6 motorway, the link between the North and South. However, on a recent trip, we decided to deviate towards Congleton and visit an unusual National Trust property, Biddulph Grange Gardens.

During Halloween, the gardens are decorated with a scary theme.

These are Victorian gardens created by James Bateman for his collection of plants worldwide.

Narrow gravel paths and short tunnels lead you to a new part of the world.

We enjoyed it all, but the Chinese Garden stood out to me.

The house has only private accommodation, so it is not accessible to the public.

You can find out more about it on the National Trust website.
