This delightful performance was like watching Mr Bean, a mime artist, slapstick and clowning all rolled into one.
The Artist is a solo physical theatre and contemporary circus show by award-winning Thom Monckton and Circo Aereo, directed by Sanna Silvennoinen and is original and engaging. The humour was innocent, silly and farcical. Any age group would enjoy this one man show who lacks inspiration for his next piece of art.
You find yourself glued to the unfolding sketch set in his studio. Who would have thought that this solo entertainer would work on paper … but it does and it’s light hearted family fun.
Definitely worth watching with a good feel factor.
