We recently visited Cambridge, a city of learning, history and culture.
The architecture, museums, restaurants and shops make this an ideal city and probably one of the loveliest cities in the UK to visit.
We were only here for two nights and stayed near the station. We walked everywhere!
For lunch, we tried to find an advertised establishment called DobbleGanger, and I’m so glad we did. A small and slightly set back shop on the main Regent Street.
The staff were delightful in this small but friendly eatery, pointing out the iPads for choosing and ordering food.
The wait was worth it because the taste was to die for, and the biggest surprise of all … it was vegan!
The most disappointing thing about DoubleGanger is that it doesn’t exist in Manchester!
You have just got to check out this non-franchised (yet) place when you next visit Cambridge, or if you just have to see what they offer, visit their website here.
Update.. they closed down in 2023!
