Prior to the global shutdown, Amsterdam’s culinary scene was buzzing with great restaurants, bars and coffee shops, but there was one place on our recent weekend trip that we had heard really good things about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Avocado Show sounded unconventional, the very name implying something different, and we weren’t disappointed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had to book and that alone suggested this was a popular venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The menu is really simple and uncomplicated.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

So we ordered a portion of Sweety Fries, Mama Mango and Salamango.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All I can say is that Mama Mango was the most refreshing meal I have ever had.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are located on the edge of the canal, hardly a surprise for this city. This is a great place and one that I wouldn\u2019t hesitate visiting again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
