After a really pleasant Lovers Canal Cruise we walked across town to De Bakkerswinkel where afternoon tea had been organised by our friend Mo to celebrate her birthday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is an establishment that offers a homely feel and traditional feel serving home-cooked food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Never have I experienced a catering establishment like this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On arrival, we were seated upstairs. Two long tables at 90 degrees to each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we had all pre-ordered we were asked to sit in groups according to our food orders. Strange, but we all obliged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
